SD Framing was dreamt up and co-founded in 2021 by Washington born and raised sisters, Stephanie and Danielle. Combined, they bring a total of 27 years experience from within the fine art and design world.

Danielle is a graphic artist who founded Goforth Signs over 7 years ago in NYC where she still lives part time. Her company provides interior and exterior signage for Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, universities, as well as Mom & Pop shops worldwide.  In 2021 framing started to become a large part of her signage business, which led to this vision and reality of opening SD Framing with one of the best in the business; her sister Stephanie.

Stephanie is an interior designer that honed her skills designing residential and commercial spaces in Seattle and then Los Angeles.  When she decided to step back from that space she took on managing and directing a successful frame shop, where she developed her eye for aesthetic even further, working with designers, artists, and galleries across the world.  

Collectively their skill sets, attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the fine art world, and eye for design lend a unique perspective and styling sense to the frame shop.
